Cancellation Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies. All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by direct communication with Mindset Matters LLC. Appointment availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Services will not be confirmed until payment has been received. We understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee at the discretion of Mindset Matters LLC. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedules of other clients. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and may need to be rescheduled. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable device for virtual meetings. If technical difficulties occur, Mindset Matters LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete the session or reschedule as appropriate. Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase unless otherwise approved by Mindset Matters LLC. Unused sessions may expire and are not eligible for refunds. Due to the time, preparation, and resources dedicated to each client, all completed services are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, submitting requested documents on time, and actively participating in the educational planning process. Mindset Matters LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings. By scheduling an appointment with Mindset Matters LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
