Educational Consulting Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Mindset Matters LLC
At Mindset Matters LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality educational consulting and coaching services. Because our services involve personalized planning, preparation, and dedicated consultation time, we ask that all clients review the following Refund & cancellation policy before purchasing services or scheduling appointments.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Appointments and service packages are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all completed consultations, coaching sessions, digital resources, and educational consulting services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed consultations or coaching sessions

Missed appointments (no-shows)

Services already rendered

Downloadable digital products or resources

Partially completed service packages
If Mindset Matters LLC is unable to provide a scheduled service due to circumstances within our control, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for that specific unused service.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the forfeiture of that session and are generally not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change.
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in limitations on future bookings.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to respect other client appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may need to be rescheduled.
Service Packages
Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved in writing by Mindset Matters LLC.
Unused sessions that expire are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Digital Resources
All downlaodable resources, guides, templates, worksheets, and digital materials are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Our goal is to provide every family with exceptional support and guidance. If you have concerns regarding your experience, please contact us promptly so we can work together to resolve the matter whenever possible.
Policy Changes
Mindset Matters LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
