Our services provide guidance, education, and recommendations. We do not guarantee admission to any school, college, university, scholarship program, internship, or employment opportunity.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system or by direct communication with Mindset Matters LLC.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling appointments.
Appointment availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
